Drain You...

One baby to another said, I'm lucky to have met you

I don't care what you think.....Unless it is about me.

It is now my duty to completely drain you

I travel through a tube, and end up in your infection.

"People who are easily angered generally have what some psychologists call a low tolerance for frustration, meaning simply that they feel that they should not have to be subjected to frustration, inconvenience, or annoyance. They can't take things in stride, and they're particularly infuriated if the situation seems somehow unjust: for example, being corrected for a minor mistake. "

That about sums it up. It's not that my life is filled with stress non-stop...it's that i simply cannot HANDLE it. I can be having a good day....one schmuck comes along and ticks me off...and WHAM.....im pissed off and irritated for the entire rest of the day. I hate it, and mentally wish and try to control .,...but my emotions play a game of their own and don't cooperate with what my brain has to say.

It's funny tho, in anger management solutions, they suggest avoiding the petty things that start your blood boiling. What happens if the main source is work? Can i get a "get out of work free card"? It's my main spark of frustration--- then my poor child gets the brunt of it at the end of the day..... by 3pm I just want to chill in peace somewhere....but i have to go from pissy worker mode to mommy of a 3 year old mode in the snap of a finger. *Sigh*

On my days off, when it's just her and I.... the anger isnt really there--so i know shes not fully committing me to the loony bin!
