Oi.... so we're trying to re-fi our house. Of course I thought it would be easier. Instead, Ive been shot down 2x in less than 10 minutes. Due to the housing market, banks say our property is currently 10k less than when we bought it (even tho we've done a shit load of work to it too)...and we owe 8k more than what "they" say it's worth now. WHAT THE F. ARG. Fuck you housing market!!
We're gonna have to be creative here. Awesomeness. Just trying to help out with our expenses.... nothing is ever.easy. ever.
In other news, Im so proud of my nephew! He's a a future MLB player...i just KNOW IT! His team is currently in the state championships..... he's pitcher.... the boy hasnt an ounce of fat on him... LOL... a lean, mean....10 year old pitching machine.
He was diagnosed with ADHD at age 6...and baseball seems to have become his savior. Pitching for him...is a sense of focus...and he rocks at it, from what Ive been told. Makes sense-- all the tension can now be focused into the ball..... Its stuff like this that REALLY makes me wish we lived closer! I would LOVE to see him play.... :-( Call me a proud Auntie...from a distance. Thank goodness for Facebook...i get kept "in the loop" on these things now.
Taking Paige to a free "Fun with Science" Show at the school tonight....hopefully it keeps her attention!
