Somewhere, somehow...she learned her right from her left. Seriously. Mike and I cannot pinpoint ever directly teaching this...but if you ask her which way is left...or which is her right foot....99.9% of the time, she gets it correct....and looks at you like you're a dumbass for asking. Amazing. No clue where she picked this up......observant i guess!
Gotta love the imagination of a 3 year old....
So, Paige has been telling us for months now that SHE works at Wal-Mart. Apparently, they pay her to play with the toys. ...and they pay her IN toys. Explains why our house is overtaken by kiddie-land. She'll ask me what day it is at random during the week and tells me when she has to work. I do know she works Wednesdays, and NOT Sundays. I guess they called this morning and asked her to come in, but she said "NO! Ill come in TOMORROW". Wow. And she tells us she works AFTER mommy & daddy go to bed.......so...basically she's working 3rd shift. This morning she told me she works "1-2-3-4-5-6 o'clock". 5 Hour shifts for a 3 year old...child labor, no? She still hasnt explained HOW she gets to work.....as she knows she cant drive yet.....tho once mentioned working with her Grandpa Bernie (who lives 2 hours away and does NOT work at Walmart!! LOL!)

This morning she told us about this wonderful place we all wish really existed! "The Brownie Store"!!! It sells cookies, brownies, donuts and ice cream....and best part....they have a drive-thru! Seriously, why dosent this store exist? She was taking our orders this morning while in bed...and got on her Mickey Mouse airplane and drove to the Brownie Store (which resides in our Dining Room apparently)....and we could hear her placing her order in the drive thru. I got some cream-cheese brownies, and Mike got some fudge brownies. Paige got donuts and ice cream for her imaginary breakfast. If only.... *sigh*...
Mike grilled us burgers for dinner tonight....YES it is 20 degrees outside. But we didnt want to deal with a stovetop mess or broiling. I made a huge Caesar salad...there is none left! We each had like 3 servings of salad....Paige included!
This week is a short-week.....3 work days, followed by 4 days off. WOOHOO! EVERY week should be like that. Looking forward to spending time with our family. I will be skipping my 10 year High School reunion....which is a whole 'nother story.
