6 Months ago today.....
Hard to believe it's been half a year already! My lil man will be 6 months old tomorrow!
Looks like spring has finally sprung here. Hooray! We went for a walk yesterday afternoon after over an hour at the playground. Paige is eager to break out the shorts, summer dresses and flip flops BADLY. My poor girl is NOT cold weather material.
She's been eating like a PIG for over a month now! I keep waiting for some massive growth spurt...but none has been noticed...yet. Dinner used to take her 45 minutes to an hour to eat.... and now she shovels it all down in 10 minutes and asks for seconds. Tho a few pairs of her size 6 jeans don't quite fit as nicely as they used to.... so perhaps there is a long stretched out spurt slowly happening.... My...my little girl is growing up too quick! Most of her friends have begun losing their baby teeth....her's....tho a tad bit wiggly on the bottom.... are still holding on tightly...and she's a bit envious of her friends! This Mama's not quite ready for tooth losing yet ,.......so this is all fine to me!
Dylan is just amazing. Much like his big sister, he's already becoming Mr. Independent. He's mastered the layout of the house...and takes off in his walker with destinations in mind. Some days he high-tails it straight from the living room- thru the dining room and kitchen and right into his bedroom. Other times he goes straight for Paige's room. Other times he takes off after the laptop or iPod. He wants to walk and crawl and move and play like the big kids and wants to eat what we eat too.....tho obviously he's not ready for any of that yet!
He slept from 8pm to 6am last night! Go Dylan! Of course I slept like crap. It's that "time of the month" for me.... and it SUCKS.

I can't believe how big both of them are! Max is still in size 5 pants - I don't know if I'm just buying them longer than normal or what... lol He has been eating double than what he normally has so maybe a growth spurt is on the way. And he doesn't have ANY wiggly teeth at all yet, poor guy!
I seriously can't believe Dylan is 6 months! That FLEW by! He is going to be walking soon - I'm callin in now. Walking by 10 months, and running shortly after. =)
