My "baby" girl had a dentist check-up yesterday. Teeth look great, she did great, as usual....and her Dentist was proud to announce that she has not 2...but 4...yes FOUR....LOOSE TEETH!!! Oh my. Her 2 bottom front are quite wiggly....and her front top 2 are loose as well. She predicts the bottom 2 will fall out before the New Year. This Mama is NOT ready for this yet! LOL! That means my LITTLE GIRL will be getting ADULT teeth. Eeek. Why does that sound like such a huge milestone??
Can I say now nice it is to enjoy a hot cup of tea and a bagel? LOL. When life is so sporadic and chaotic....the simple things become just amazing.
Oh yea, being able to hold my pee and pee like maybe 3-4x a day, rather than 31892309183x is amazing too. And being able to roll over in bed without needing a forklift. Having a cup of coffee and not worrying about the effects of caffeine.... eating a COLD turkey sandwich... and best of all... having ANKLE BONES! Its funny, I am by-far a skinny woman... yet my ankles, calves and feet look sooo skinny and TINY to me right now in comparison to the giant swollen balloons I had for the past 5 months. Haha. It was all so worth it, I love my little man... and he surely is teaching and reminding me to appreciate the simpler things in life. :-)
Winter is just about upon us here in New England. While Im a bit excited about the holiday season...and snow is just gorgeous when paired with Holiday lights and decor...I dont look forward to the 4 months of it all. Winter should end after the New Year. ;-)
Need to begin my Christmas shopping soon while I still have "free" time during the day. Just picking up some little odds & ends for Dylan....and Paige wants Zhu Zhu Pets & Littlest Pet Shop stuff from Santa. There's so much out there I see that I want to get her...but I need to curb my spending as we're on a SUPER tight budget!
