Its about 40 out and clear blue skies. The snow has been melting for weeks.... our roof is clear and dry, and we can see our front lawn....tho brown grass...we can see grass. Odd for mid-winter in Northern New England-- we usually dont get any melt til early Spring!
But alas- winter's tease is ending. We're estimated it get at LEAST a foot of snow over the next 4 days, gradually. Oh Joy! LOL. At least it's school vacation week-- so the lil one wont have any "snow days".
Kiddo has been battling a cold for a week or 2 now. And guess what started last night? Yes. The croupy cough...AGAIN! :-( ...Breaks our heart. We jacked up her humidifier in her room last night, which helped a lot. She woke crying for me around 5am, so I climbed into bed with her....and she slept til almost 9am! MUCH needed. She's been sick with the cold...but not acting sick.... actually, been BOUNCING OFF THE WALLS lately....
Been feeling OK--- when the nausea hits, I feel miserable.... and everything just comes in waves. I feel OK one moment, then ready for a nap or ready to hurl the next moment. Yesterday was a rough day in general. My cravings/aversions are MUCH different this pregnancy than last! I have been CRAVING red meat like CRAZY. Whereas when I was preggo with my daughter, I despised it. I cannot eat anything like potato chips or fries....fast food sounds horrendous...which is good-- I can afford to go without all those calories! I want beef Lo Mein or a Hamburger NY Style PIZZA. Carrot sticks & dip. Sweet stuff absolutely repels me. I cannot fathom cookies or even chocolate. Blech. The closest I can get to it is maybe a bite or two of fruit or a bowl of cereal.
Work is crazy busy...but my mind is elsewhere. :-P ....

Oh, poor Paige! I hope she gets better soon. Emma had a two week cold last month that had her acting completely normal, just a little runny nose and the occasional cough. How strange your cravings and aversions. I had absolutely nothing for my two pregnancies. Does that last through all the pregnancy?
We're supposed to get snow as well. Our van died so we're car shopping. Wish us luck....
I haven't had internet lately and I've been dying to hear how things are going for you with the pregnancy!
Bummer that you've been sick - hopefully it won't last too much longer. I totally had different aversions with the boys too - it's so weird how pregnancies can be so different from each other!!
Sorry P is sick, poor thing! max just got over the Croup too and it lasted for like 2 weeks, and gave him an ear infection. :( Hurry and get here Spring, and take all these crappy winter viruses with you!!
